Welcome to the kau9 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between kau9 and each user ("Member" or "you") of this website. By using kau9's website, mobile version, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. kau9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on kau9, the following eligibility requirements must be met.

• Only one account is allowed per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify the kau9 support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

kau9 may at any time request a valid identity document or other supporting documents to verify a member's identity. If the verification process is not completed, account activity may be restricted or suspended. This is a necessary step to maintain a fair and secure platform.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on kau9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). We support only the following mobile banking methods.

3.4 Fraud & Misuse

Bonus & Promotion Terms

kau9 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms apply to each offer and compliance with them is mandatory.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each member may receive a specific bonus offer only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated on the relevant offer page. Once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• kau9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or unfair advantage-taking is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

kau9 allows betting on various sports events including cricket (T20, ODI, Test), football, and kabaddi. Please read the rules of the relevant market carefully before placing a bet.

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of a technical issue or event cancellation, kau9 will settle bets in accordance with the applicable policy.
• Participation in match-fixing or any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
• kau9 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet.

5.2 Casino & Slot Games

kau9 offers games from various leading software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. Each game is operated by a third-party provider and their own rules apply.

• Game results are entirely controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, kau9 may decide to void or restart that round.
• kau9 reserves the right to withhold winnings obtained by exploiting any software bug or error.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

2. Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
3. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address.
4. Exploiting any system vulnerability for financial gain.
5. Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

VIP Program & Cashback

Regular members of kau9 can participate in a three-tier VIP program. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Members can be promoted from Bronze to Silver and from Silver to Gold based on regular activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is calculated on net losses and credited to the member's account at the end of each week.

Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the kau9 website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the exclusive property of or licensed to kau9. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any part of this content without our prior written permission is prohibited.

Members may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Prior approval from kau9 must be obtained before using the platform or its content for any commercial purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kau9 will not be liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Issues arising from errors by third parties (game providers, payment services).
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a member's account where the member has been negligent in maintaining security.
• Temporary unavailability of the website or maintenance downtime.
• Any financial losses arising from gambling.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by kau9

kau9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Creating an account using false or misleading information.
• Being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Being proven to be a minor.

10.2 Closure by the Member
